This visit will establish the foundation for wellness exploration. Topics discussed will include environmental health, nutrition, dietary supplements, movement, sleep and relaxation, mental health, personal development and learning, social relationships, and spirituality. As a team, we will select wellness goals both for the short- and long-term.
We take a personalized and evidence-based approach to wellness, utilizing the latest research and techniques to help our clients achieve their health goals. Services will include 2.5 hrs per day 4 days a week of intensive therapies. These will include 1:1 and group therapies
